Liang Shi is a family business, originating from the family that has been in the Bird's Nest industry for more than ten years. The parent company was established in 2010, with its own swiftlet nesting farm and factory in the East of Malaysia. We cover every process from harvesting, production, packaging to sales or even after-sale services.

To ensure the finest quality of bird's nests from farm to table, our raw bird's nests are farmed in-house, harvested by our farmers when the nests are left empty by the swiftlets. Our bird's nests are then meticulously cleaned through handpicking, without using any chemical or bleaching agents. For added assurance, our bird's nests undergo lab tests by an accredited lab in Singapore, ensuring no chemicals and bleach added throughout the process. 

With a rich history in the Bird's Nest industry, we firmly believe that quality food can be both high in quality and affordable. Our mission is reflected in the name 'Liang Shi,' meaning 'Good Food' in English. We are dedicated to creating high-quality food products that you can savor with confidence, knowing they promote both well-being and health.
