Like your durians chilled? All are packed and frozen with no preservatives, colouring or flavouring - thaw to your preferred texture and enjoy!

- Shelf Life: For optimal freshness, our product is best consumed within 24 hours or stored for up to 2 days in the chiller. For an extended duration, freeze at -18°C for 3 months.

Replacement Policy:
Durian Kia reserves the right to refuse any returned product where the procedure submitted or attached is not complete. Any report is made after the delivery date will not be entertained as we cannot determine how the product is being handled (e.g, exposure to high temperature, handling and storage issue). Please check the goods upon receiving and report to us immediately if you have concerns about the product quality.
We are unable to offer replacement for:
(1) Seed Size - While we would all love small seeds, seeds vary in sizes as they are natural food. We are unable to alter or guarantee its seed size.
(2) Flavour - Taste recognition and sensitivity differs (e.g. not bitter or sweet).
(3) Moist or "watery" - Fermentation is natural process and provides for a bittersweet taste. These natural occurrences posed an effect to the moisture content, colour (blue-black tinge), and smell profile of the durian.
(4) Price - It is subject to change based on prevailing rate.
