We'll pick and pack your orders from the day's freshest catch on the date of your delivery, and ensure they're at your door by 2:30pm for peak freshness. Our black pomfrets are wild caught and contain high level of Omega 3, rich in protein! We get our big and healthy Black Pomfrets from the clear Indonesia waters! Our Black Pomfrets have been complimented to be flakier and flavoursome.
One of our favourite ways to prepare the Black Pomfret is to stuff it with chilli and pan fry to a nice golden crisp, tossed along with ginger scallion sauce! All it takes is 10 minutes for a healthy and yummy meal!
