Q: Why are there multiple listings of the same item at different prices?

A: At EasyStockUps, we work with multiple suppliers who may have the same product available for sale at different prices and conditions. This allows you to choose the best deal that suits your needs.

Q: Why do I see different minimum order requirements for free delivery?

A: Each supplier has different shipping and delivery terms and conditions, so they may have different requirements for free shipping. Be sure to check the details on the product page to understand each supplier's requirements.

Q: Why are prices from my supplier different than what I'm usually paying?

A: Suppliers may offer different prices to different buyers based on their business requirements. If you see a price on EasyStockUps that is higher than what you usually pay, you can send a message to the supplier and ask to be added to their special buyers' group. Once you've been added as a member of the group - your custom prices will be displayed automatically on the product page when you're logged in.

Q: How do I get a custom quote from suppliers?

A: To get a custom quote, click on the "Request for B2B Quote" button on the product page to add the product to your quote basket. After that, you can send product inquiries for all products in your quote basket to the suppliers. Then, all you have to do is wait for the suppliers to contact you with their quotes.

Q: Why are payment options limited to only PayLah/PayNow/Bank Transfers?

A: We aim to offer you the best wholesale prices for buying in bulk. Other payment options like Stripe, PayPal, and credit cards would incur extra processing fees, which would ultimately raise prices. To keep prices low, we limit payment options to those with the lowest processing fees.

Q: How can I confirm if my order has been successfully submitted?

A: Once your order has been submitted, the invoice will be automatically emailed to you. Please email us at rashel@easystockups.com or whatsapp us at 94568873 if you have not received the email within 24 hours.

Q: Can I place an order for a different delivery address?

A: Yes, simply sign in to your account and add another address under your profile.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Q: What should I do if some items are missing from my order?

A: If you are missing products from your order, please contact the supplier directly using the contact details at the top of the order details page. Q: How do I sell on EasyStockUps?
